All banners must be under 20Kb in size and can be static or animated in an .gif or .jpg file format. |

Streaming Audio/Video, Pop-Ups, Pop-Unders, DHTML and expanding ads are prohibited on all TechPad properties. |

Third Party Served Banner Ads |

Any advertiser wishing to use third party banner serving from adservers such as BlueStreak, 24/7, Atlas DMT and others must first be
authorized by TechPad Agency prior to signing an Insertion Order.
We will not be able to serve banners that can only be served by use of Javascript.
We will accept third party banner serving if the remote HREF and IMG SCR tag can be provided. |

Third Party Served Banner Ads |

Currently we use Adjuggler for serving all ad placements. At this time, all ads are tracked for impressions and clicks via
rotator.adjuggler.com, this may appear as a referrer in your logs. Your sales rep will provide you with a login and password to access your
stats in real time. In addition, you can setup the reporting to email predefined reports on a recurring basis. |

Adjuggler will only record banner views when a creative is drawn in the users browser. Clicks are recorded when a user successfully visits
a redirect from the tracking URL to your destination URL. |
|
|
In addition, Adjuggle only reports on "Unique" Impressions
and Clicks within a 8 hour period. |

| General Creative Information |

Showcases may have an individual banner and distinct URL. Please note the more unique combinations of URLs and banners may delay
ad activation. |
|
|
All submitted creatives must reflect services provided by the advertiser (truth in advertising). |
|
|
Please submit all creative banners and text
in one email. |

Modification and Submission
|
|
|
Advertisers are limited to two campaign creative changes
per month of a campaign. |
|
|
Please submit all modifications in one email to you sales
representative or creative director. |

Insertion Orders |
|
|
All campaigns must have a signed insertion order before the
campaign will be set live. Any changes to a campaign must be
accompanied by
a new signed Insertion Order. |
